LET'S STOP THESE YOUNG VANDALS ROAMING THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

Young vandals have been busy destroying our  community property.  The patio doors leading from the clubhouse to the pool area had a brick thrown at them and shattered the glass, resulting in over $1300 in damage (to YOUR budget!).

The plexiglass on the front entrance message board was smashed and broken requiring a replacement.

We continue to find graffitti marring various surfaces in the neighborhood.

We need to do everything we can to stop this kind of destructive behavior.  If you have any knowledge of the identity of these vandals please call or email someone on the board so that we can pursue legal action.  A reward is offered for pertinent information. 

WHAT ARE THESE PARENTS THINKING???

We have already experienced a fecal contamination of the pool by a non toilet trained child who was not wearing swim diapers.  This necessitated an immediate evacuation and closure of the pool, followed by a chemical shocking of the pool and an extra charge of $250 to us (YOU!).  Please try to monitor this and report any incidents to any member of your board.  Violations of this pool rule will result in the parents being charged the $250 and pool priviledges being revoked.
